About Arrival time
The arrival time of the order will be affected by the delivery speed and transportation policy of the logistic agent, and there may be a delay of one week to several months (for example, the Japanese version of the products is most likely to be affected by international logistics, customs, etc.), thanks for your understanding.
About shipment fee
All costs related to shipping service will be borne by the user. All shipping costs and applicable services will be determined by the company;
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
About after-sale service
Before the product reach the buyer, there will be many transportations procedure, we can’t avoid bumps of package.
We will select the best shipment service for delivery, but there is no guarantee of no bumps during the express transportation. A slight package damage will not be a reason for return or exchange. Opened box will affect the secondary sales, and not be accepted.
If the product is damaged or contains defects the user agrees to report said defects to the site within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. The site will then determine the best course of action to be taken. The company will not provide service for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order's date of receipt;
If the order is cancelled by our store, a full amount of payment will be refund. If a refund is required due to the buyer's facts, the store will charge a 13% refund fee. All shipped items are non-refundable.
Notice
Users agree to follow the process noted above and to abide by any service terms set by the company. The buyer agrees to the above terms and policy after placing an order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
